Punch Bag Workout
Since our launch in January we’ve seen a large number of people taking up the Fight Yourself Fit Punch Bag Workout Challenge. We thought it would be useful to give you guys a ‘first hand’ look into what makes this punch bag workout a great fitness program.
So we’ve launched – PunchBagWorkout.com – a daily blog site for people fighting themselves fit! Steve and John have started us off and have been busy blogging about their own boxing training experiences with posts, photos and videos – describing their challenge. You can watch their progress over the entire 60-Days.
We’d love you to take a look at what they’ve been doing during their boxing training, give them some encouragement and maybe even join in! – we know they’d appreciate it.
I’ve had absolutely no previous boxing training whatsoever. Zilch, nada, nothing. Until a few days ago, I’d never worn a pair of boxing gloves or hit a punch bag in my life! – John
Here’s some quotes from their posts!
# Day 1 – “My Boxing Training Début! – It’s done. 1 down. I’m absolutely shattered. 4 body punches + 4 head shots – I could barely lift my hands to tap the bag! But I’m really pleased to have hung in there.” – John
# Day 8 – “Double Jab, Cross, Hook, Cross. I was getting it – felt more fluid and I even started punching harder.” – John
# Day 12 – “I’m feeling much fitter – as I said yesterday my recovery time is getting so much quicker with each workout.” – Steve
# Day 15 – “9pm. Not exactly a ‘Fight Night’ but this is my first late boxing session.” – John
# Day 16 – “With the bag drills, I also made sure I used every muscle in my body. I concentrated on throwing my hip and tensing my abs throughout.” – Steve
# Day 22 – “Having a schedule and sticking to it – is proving invaluable to me. It’s forcing action!” – John. Everyone is welcome to join – please feel free to add your comments and any questions you have! We’d love to hear from you – even if it’s just to say hello.
